10.0Location, location - in a relatively quiet street near the main shopping street in the Spagna district. Every international brand is nearby, as well as many other local shops and eateries. For the tourist, the Spanish steps are not far away, with Piazza del Popola in the other direction.. This apartment is in a stylish complex. It is comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Furnishings are of high quality. It comes stocked with coffee pods, toiletries and a comfortable bed. The air conditioning was very welcome during the hot Roman summer at the time. The terrace would be a great place to spend time in cooler weather. The hosts welcomed us and helped us with our bags, both on arrival and departure. They gave us a quick tour of the property at the start and were super responsive to a few later questions via WhatsApp.

10.0Me and my family recently stayed at this property and were very impressed. The room was very spacious and clean. The property was also extremely convenient and was very close to all the shopping in Rome and was only about a 20 minute walk away from the colosseum. The property manager Luca was also extremely kind and quickly responded to any questions we had.

10.0Perfect location. Spacious and comfortable apartment with everything you might need. The place has plenty of character, beautiful artwork, and a warm, cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped. The shower has excellent water pressure, and there are two bathrooms, both with bidets. A huge balcony overlooks a beautiful inner courtyard, providing a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. The host was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay. Just downstairs, on the small Via dei Greci, you'll find a Carrefour Express with a great selection of groceries, as well as Matrem Bakery with delicious pangoccioli. It was perfect in many ways!
The apartment was clean, very spacious and in a very good location. Luca was friendly and very helpful during our stay.
