− Customer service never returned call. Never addressed the issue. Just ignored it
It was descent for the stay
6.0It was close to our event .
− No elevator, there were stains in the carpets and our room had a weird smell. No one cleaned or room while we were there we had to ask for clean towels. But the staff was nice.
Comfortable, clean, and cost-efficient place to stay!
8.0First off, I have to praise Alisa, the front desk manager on duty when we checked in. She was so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we got a room on the first floor so we didn't have to lug our suitcases up the stairs. Beds- mattresses and pillows- were so comfortable. Breakfast room was a bit small, but had everything we needed and as a bonus, the eggs were not powdered!
− Location- it is right along a busy road and shares the property/parking lot with the Holiday Inn. Most of the parking is to the left of the hotel, if you're facing the main entrance, along the deserted-looking side of the property (where you can tell there was a restaurant). Maybe they're renovating that, but it does give the hotel a sketchy appearance. The only other thing that was annoying was our air conditioning unit- it was very noisy, which could interfere with someone's sleep.
