Il soggiorno è stato un pò deludente. Mi aspettavo di meglio da IHG.
5.0Staff molto cortese, accogliente e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità.
− Abbiamo prenotato una camera per tre persone, ma la stanza è stata allestita con un letto aggiuntivo decisamente troppo piccolo per un ragazzo di 13 anni. Inoltre, le lenzuola di quest'ultimo sono risultate sporche e ne abbiamo dovuto chiedere la sostituzione. La piscina sul rooftop è decisamente troppo piccola rispetto al numero degli ospiti. Eccessivi i costi per la SPA e gli altri servizi (parking). Il livello del servizio offerto sia stato al di sotto del prezzo pagato. Peccato!
