7.0Un bellissimo hotel, pulito e spazioso. La posizione, pur non essendo centralissima, è comunque molto comoda.
− Purtroppo, durante il soggiorno ho riscontrato alcuni disservizi. Il primo riguarda il check-in: probabilmente abbiamo lasciato in reception una delle nostre carte d’identità, che non ci è stata restituita. Me ne sono accorta solo dopo aver effettuato il check-out, quando avevamo già lasciato l’hotel e ci trovavamo in un ristorante in centro. Ho dovuto quindi tornare in hotel per recuperarla, perdendo circa due ore del nostro ultimo giorno di permanenza. Inoltre, il personale non si è nemmeno scusato per l’accaduto. Un altro episodio spiacevole si è verificato al momento del pagamento, quando hanno cercato di addebitarmi anche alcune consumazioni al bar che in realtà non avevamo mai effettuato. Infine, la tassa di soggiorno mi è stata addebitata anche per mia figlia di 14 anni. Me ne sono accorta solo controllando l’addebito sulla carta e ho inviato un’e-mail alla struttura. Il giorno successivo mi hanno confermato che si era trattato di un errore e che, secondo la normativa vigente, la tassa non era dovuta, assicurandomi che avrebbero provveduto al rimborso. Nel complesso, la struttura è bella, pulita e ben posizionata, ma questi episodi, soprattutto la gestione poco attenta dei documenti, gli errori negli addebiti e l’assenza di scuse, hanno lasciato un’impressione negativa. Da un hotel a cinque stelle ci si aspetta un livello di attenzione e professionalità decisamente superiore.

9.0Aamiainen oli laaja, kaikkien makuun löytyi jotain. Amme huoneessa oli positiivinen yllätys. Ehkä jos saisi toivoa, niin huoneen parisängyt vosivat olla leveämmät koska huoneeseen olisivat mahtuneet hyvin. Huone oli viihtyisä.
