Unsmiling receptionist - a very poor welcome
5.0Very negative - see below...... BUT The negative impression was almost rescued by the lady in the restaurant/bar. She was very service oriented and didn't hesitate to go the extra mile to help us. PUT HER OR SOMEONE LIKE HER IN RECEPTION. (From a retired hotelier)
− Lack of smiles and positive welcome from lady receptionist on check-in. She is in the wrong job. Reception is the first point of contact with a hotel and a chance to make positive first impressions. - Or the opposite, as in our case. A bad start colours the whole hotel stay negatively.

8.0Aamupala oli erinomainen. Edessä oli hyvin parkkitilaa.
− Vastaanotossa ei selvästikään pidetty motoristeista. Kyseltiin sisäänkirjautumista ja seurattiin kulkemista, vaikka olimme jo majoittautuneet vuorokauden. Epäselväksi jäi miksi näin.
