− They do not have a shuttle connecting the airport, despite being advertised on booking.com. They added an extra fee as "resort" without informing.
Great Place To Stay
10.0Beautiful resort with wonderful staff! Julie at the front desk is very nice.
Overpriced and outdated.
2.0Unfortunately, I booked this stay for my birthday and was extremely let down. The room itself was decent, but for the money spent it was just simply not worth it. The food was okay at Cotton and Rye, but again just so overpriced for what it was. We tried to place drink orders at the pool but it was almost impossible to get anyone's attention.
Dirty hotel room
4.0I visited here for a long girls weekend and it was a total disappointment. T he staff was nice, although very young and seemed new to the hotel. The real problem was the state of our guest room. It was SO dirty! There was hair in the shower and on the shower curtain. There was what I hope was makeup smeared on the walls inside the room and on the bathroom door. There was toilet paper stuffed into the door stopper. It made us seriously question the cleanliness of the entire hotel.
July 4th Celebration Staycation
10.0This was our first time staying at the hotel, and it completely exceeded our expectations! Yusuf was phenomenal—extremely professional, welcoming, and hospitable. Even though he has only been working there for about four months, his service was truly awesome. I sincerely hope management and ownership realize what a gem they have in Yusuf!
