The room was clean and comfortable. The staff did their best with a large influx of people, like me, who had their flight cancelled.

− The food available at hotel was terrible. Saying that they have a restaurant is like saying that 7-eleven is a grocery store. Technically they had food but of low quality and high prices. The lobby was hot, noisy and had mosquitoes.

Good location close to the airport. The 24 hour complimentary shuttle to the airport was very helpful as few flew out very early in the morning. Good size room, very clean.

− Staff at the front desk is very Philly. Front desk had a bit of an attitude at check in. No great food options around the hotel.

Facility is up-to-date, convenient to the airport, and the free airport shuttle is awesome! Front desk staff and breakfast staff are friendly and helpful.

− Understaffed. Staff were doing double duty across jobs such that a line at the front desk and at the breakfast counter formed at times because the same staff manage both.

Overall, a great and convenient stay, with comfortable accommodations and smooth airport shuttle service.

An overall great stay at Sonesta Select Philadelphia Airport. The hotel is very conveniently located near the airport, making it a great option for travelers. The room was clean and quite comfortable, and the shuttle service to and from the airport was smooth and convenient. I also appreciated having an on-site restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

− What we did not like was the service at the restaurant. The staff seemed moody and not very welcoming. We ordered two burgers, but both patties were burnt. We asked for one to be replaced, but we received what appeared to be the same burnt patty again. We recognized it because there was already a bite taken out of the burger, so we were unsure what had actually been changed. During our dining experience, we also noticed that the kitchen area clearly stated that it was for staff only. However, several people wearing regular clothing/ loungewear were entering and exiting the kitchen area. This did not seem appropriate and made us question whether the area was being properly managed.
