10.0− Se fue la luz, cosa que no es culpa del propietario, pero estuvimos sin luz desde las 00 hasta las 06 del sábado, culpa de la compañía
Bad experience and scam
1.0Nothing i was in big scam
− Air conditioning only is in the living room noisy with 39c. the rooms are steaming hot with a fan blowing hot air we can’t open the windows because of all kinds of mosquitoes than they charged me 30€ because i left my shoes box and some food in the refrigerator and i left it because i found some used food in the kitchen when i arrived (l half box o tea spices…..) the host wasn’t friendly talking to us like she is doing a favour,the longest check in my life ,if you call here or you need anything no response really was a bad experience

8.0El trato agradable con Bárbara que intentó gestionar lo mejor posible un inconveniente que nos aconteció. .A lo cual cabe remarcar que el establecimiento reintegro parte de la reserva al no poder traer una solución por ser fin de semana.. Cosas del directo! Por lo demás todo perfecto. Gracias Booking.com que en todo momento estuvo pendiente en traer solución al problema. Gracias

8.0There was some confusion over where to.collect the keys, not st the property it was elsewhere which was unexpected
− Very poor instruction on WiFi connection and the TV. A language barrier and incorrect written instructions resulted in several phone calls which was frustrating. No TV access during he whole stay, disappointing
