Bad hospitality
3.0− Dear Hotel Regenta Management Team, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with a recent experience at your property. While I was enjoying my breakfast, one of your staff members abruptly interrupted me, insisting that I had not booked a table. Despite my explanation and showing proof, this interaction left me feeling humiliated and upset. Even if there had been a booking issue, it is unacceptable to confront a guest in this manner—especially during a meal. Your staff should have waited until I finished eating before addressing any concerns. This lack of manners and poor hospitality has completely ruined my morning and tarnished my impression of your hotel. I kindly request that you educate your team on proper guest etiquette and service standards to prevent such incidents in the future. I would appreciate your acknowledgment of this feedback and details on steps you’ll take to improve. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your prompt response.
