Not happy about the extra charge, but everything else was very good.

− I got an extra charge on my debit card 2 hours after I went to sleep. Made one purchase for $9 myself and went up to sleep. A $10 purchase was made 2 hours later while I was sleeping. Not happy about that at all.
Perfect location.

− The staff was not particularly helpful. There was a creepy guy who did not belong walking up and down our hall and we reported it and staff would not address it. My daughter would not leave the room.
