地點好、環境乾淨、陽台視野佳
10.0環境乾淨又新、廚房餐具齊全、客廳是矮桌（超適合坐在地上聊天小酌）、浴室廁所空間很夠、喜歡榻榻米那間房（空間最大、攤開行李箱的空間足夠）、陽台視野好（就在堤岸邊）

8.0房間跟客廳都夠大，還有大陽台可以看海，浴缸很大很舒服。
− 客廳冷氣太小台且有問題，開最大運轉聲音吵雜，抽風機效果不佳半夜還會有異音傳出來。
整體而言相當舒適及便利，下次還會想要再次入住

− 烘衣機一直出現需要清理濾網的警示，清理後一下子又出現，要一直反覆清理，有點困擾。
