Best Mojito in Miami
10.0Adriana at the bar makes the best Mojito I’ve ever had. She is such a bright and happy person and multitask tasks like a professional.
Beware Hidden Charges
2.0This Hotel was one of 6 Hotels my Family and I stayed at in America during our trip to America for the World Cup. We also stayed at 2 other Hilton Hotels but this is the one that really disappointed me, despite it being the one that I was really looking forward to. It appeared Good at the start check in I thought was spot on we were advised by the receptionist we had paid all Taxes and Fees and all they would require was a Card Payment for 400 Dollars for each room to cover any incidentals or damage. I paid mine for my Wife and I and my Son paid his for himself his Wife and 2 Children. Our first impression of the Room was good despite a disappointing view of a multi storey car park from our balcony. I was also disappointed I did not have a bedside cabinet on my side of the bed for phone watch etc, I would expect 2 bedside cabinets in a 1 double bedded room not 1 bedside cabinet in a 2 double bedded room. We had Breakfast in the Hotel the next day and the service was a shambles to say the least we ordered 6 meals waited a while and 4 arrived and we assumed the other 2 would come soon after but they didn’t. We eventually asked what was happening and got an apology before being told they would come shortly but we could see others who had come in after this conversation being served breakfast before ours eventually came. We also had to ask for milk for our Coffee. After this my Wife and I had Breakfast on our own and if you had it first thing when it was quiet the Service was good. I enjoyed relaxing at the upper pool but could regularly get a smell from people vaping which was unpleasant to say the least. On checking out I thought I would owe them 45 - 50 Dollars for a few pints I had put on my room during happy hour one evening but was advised by the Receptionist nothing to pay you are good to go. I thought maybe they had already been taken from my Credit Card. The next day or maybe the next I checked my Credit Card to see if the pints had been taken off only to find over 200 Dollars had been debited from my account and I had no idea what for. I contacted the Hotel by email any got a reply saying it was Resort Fees. All I can say that every other Hotel we visited in America advised us a check in about Resort Fees at check in while this Hotel advised us all Taxes and Fees had been already Paid. Also most people on checking out had paperwork detailing the Monies they were due why was I not given the same if I was due these Fees. The whole thing stinks and I would never recommend an American Hilton Hotel.
Great time, thanks

Awesome valet
10.0I came in for a day pass and Jaheim and Isa were at the valet. They gave me exceptional service and made sure my vehicle was taken care of. I love this place because of them, they make me feel like royalty. Thanks again.
