10.0This is one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed, if you are considering it and can afford it, do not hesitate and make sure you include dinner! The food was incredible. Like every evening it was multiple courses of amazing food (kaiseki)- we really loved it. Cool to be able to do a tea ceremony here at no extra cost and have the onsen on our balcony. Felt very traditional Japanese and loved wearing the yukata, it was all great.
− Our balcony onsen view was of the car park- think we may have been unlucky as looks like others got views of the mountain
