4.0Das Zimmer ist ok und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt.
− Die Kommunikation mit den Angestellten von Saasholidays war schwierig, sie waren nicht über unsere Ankunft informiert, obwohl ich eine Bestätigung erhalten habe, dass das Check-In um 16 Uhr sein würde. Auch der Austausch über diese Saas-Card war extrem unverständlich vonseiten Saasholidays. Wir haben auch keine Entschuldigung dafür erhalten, dass wir 45 Minuten vor dem Haus warten mussten.

− Cela a été très compliqué pour joindre l’agence et ainsi savoir comment récupérer les clés. Ce n’était pas clair que les clés seraient dans l’appartement.
