4.0The room was clean but there were holes in the wall, the AC was way too high (we could not find a control so just ended up putting pillow over the vent), virtually no security (the Guest entrance was always unlocked and no monitoring, so anyone could come in at any time), and we were not told about the Boil Water Advisory in place in the town. (We heard about it when dining at another property in town). Walls are paper thin.

8.0The room was decent though the A/C went down one night. It was fixed the next day. TP holder was off the wall with a roll sitting on the tank. All around it was good place to stay.
