− Carpets are dirty and bathroom was not the cleanest

5.0− I rented the jacuzzi suite but was not accessible because there were no safety rails for getting in or out!
You get what you pay for
5.0− If you stay more than one night in the same room you will not have any clean towels or cleaning done unless you request it in the morning. No one told me that until I asked in the afternoon when I found the room still had not been touched and no clean towels. Do then I was told to go way down the hall to the laundry room to see if they would give me clean towels which the only gave me two bath towels.
