− ホテルはきれいだったが、ホテル周辺の道路や駐車場にゴミやタバコの吸い殻などがたくさんあって、感じ悪かった

4.0急行の停まる四日市駅に近い。周辺に商業施設が多い。トイレと風呂が別になっている。
− チェックイン時の説明が統一されておらず、わかりにくい。フロントに連絡できる電話機がない。指定駐車場が無く、近隣の駐車料金が高い。フロントの対応が、恐らくマニュアル通りなのだろうが、不要な情報も含め１から説明を始め、聞くのに疲れる。宿泊者で無くても、フロントを通過せず、自由に館内に入れるのでセキュリティが心配。部屋、トイレ、風呂が狭い。
