4.0Pink mold on the bathtub caulk. Black mold in the ice machine tray. My glass straw went down through the grate, and my nails came out with black moldy gunk. Cigarette butts and weeds around the flower beds. Dirty windows in the foyer.

8.0At times there was no one at the check in desk. The television did not work, so the hotel put us in a different room. The glass plate in the microwave was too big and had to leave it out when using. The restraints to keep items from falling off the shelves in the door of the refrigerator were absent. None were major problems, but enough to keep the rating at 4 overall rather than 5.
Clean room with good A/C
8.0Clean. A/c worked really well. Beds were pretty decent comfort. You can definitely tell it's not brand new, some cosmetic updates would be good, but it really was a nice stay over all. It was very quiet. The front desk & lobby attendant always very kind & polite. We returned to our room a little before midnight on a Saturday & the parking lot seemed well lit.
