Disappointed
4.0− We stayed for 2 days in May. They changed me for one day in April and 2 days in May. Had to make multiple calls to get the refund. Only one elevator was working and people had to wait for 10-20 minutes.
I am seeking a full refund
1.0Nothing It looked abandoned when we pulled up and worse inside. No air conditioning. Dirty sheets. No light in bathroom. Dirty all around. Mold on air vents. Could out it had been closed on May 19th for health violations but was open last night.

We will not be back! Gross!
1.0The breakfast choices were fantastic. Juice / coffee / tea / eggs / biscuits & gravy / fruit / pastries. Everything you could want for breakfast was provided.
− There is NO WAY this is a Wyndham hotel. It meets zero standards. If a hotel is under construction, it shouldn't be listed as available. There was NO pool / no hotel bar / no hotel food available. The room was huge, but absolutely disgusting! Our sheets had hair and nasty wet stains ... GROSS! We drove 9 hours and were welcomed with this ??!! :-( We asked for another room and at least the bed was clean. But the ice bag was moldy and gross, the bathroom was falling apart. It took 2 of us to turn on the water in the shower (whomever installed left huge screws in the way of the nozzle). The drain plugs did not fit in the drain holes. The towel hook was just the back screwed into the wall. The pipes and water lines were showing. This was a night mare, but what are you going to do after driving 9 hours. YUKK. Perhaps this will be a nice place when construction is complete. We will not be back.
Very expensive but poor condition
2.0Parking is convenient
− No wifi, very poor elevator and only one is available, not enough food during breakfast
DO NOT STAY HERE! Extremely roach infested and overpriced.
2.0The only good thing going for this hotel is the proximity to the freeway.
− Cockroach infested. We stayed for two nights and saw more than a dozen German cockroach nymphs and adults. That's reason enough not to stay. Other good reasons are that the unsecured WiFi is not connected to the internet and cell service inside is not good. The air conditioning doesn't work. The building looks abandoned - the Wyndham branding has been removed from the outside of the hotel, there is no signage. The view from our room was the interior of the lobby including a drained fountain. The hotel attempted to cancel my reservation and made me pay in advance in order to attempt booking a higher paying last minute customer for graduation weekend, even then, the hotel was not at all near capacity for a busy weekend. The renovation work looks like a child did it, the tiling is unfinished and the vanity was not attached correctly to the wall. My husband went to hang something in the closet and the safe nearly fell on him, it wasn't attached to the wall. They ran out of food for breakfast and piles of trash accumulated. There is no pride in ownership of this hotel, they need to close it - a real poor reflection of the brand and Champaign, I would be embarrassed to work here.

5.0Staff was really nice. Front desk was quick during checkin and checkout
− air conditioning was not working but was offered an additional room for the night so we did not have to pack up. Room was remodeled but not done very well.
