8.0Just outside town in old farmhouse dating back to 1774. Shared kitchen well stocked and also access to private patio with braai. Some game to be seen close by at rivers edge as you drive in. Small pool for cooling off.
Great stay
8.0Buccara is a lovely old manor house. It is in a beautiful reserve. There is ample space to socialise - various lounges and patios. The kitchen is fully equipped and we ordered a pack of meat, a garlic bread and a greek salad and had a very relaxing braai (barbecue)
Perfection
10.0Most amazing farm outside Graaff-Reinet. Stunning views and accommodation with the best chef in the country doing the meals. Magical place
Pleasant stay
10.0We had booked a one night stay with them but due to unforeseen circumstances we had to check in a day earlier, we phoned Chris the general manager who explained that he is not on the booking side but will get hold of the relevant person to assist with our last minute accomodation, thanks to Ferdi we arrived at the establishment as per his direction late at night and warmly welcomed by the lady who made us and made sure we are at home. Friendly atmosphere, comfortable accomodation and elegance.
