Such an overrated place
2.0The booking indicated we would have a bathtub - we had a shower. It indicated a 5 star rating with turndown service. Nobody in this institution knows what is a turndown setvice. They apologised vehemently but never rectified it. The chef's food is all that was nice, however, breakfast is very basic for a 5star rating place. Will never go back here
