I would not stay there again, there are too many other hotels on that strip at the same rate.

− The property was understaffed and the floors in the room were not clean. The doors on the 2 floor did not close properly. When you showered the smoke alarm goes off (this happened to several people). I called the front desk for someone to clean our room and bring toilet paper and no one ever did.

− The general manager hit my special needs son with an object and was hitting the house keeping staff ⚕️ also and thought it was funny.
I love this beach. St Augustine has several options to visit, old downtown is perfect.
9.0I like the cleaning room. It was nicely organized. Breakfast was good and the most remarcable is the location, crossing the street and a few more steps, is the sea.
− -Pay for the parking. - And also, the rooms close to the wash maquines are noisy. During nights, some people stay close to the washing room to drink alcohol, o washing clothe. Maybe it was a weird case, but it was really mad
