10.0部屋がとにかく綺麗 近所に温泉、コンビニがあり 立地が最高でした。

6.0広々としていた。 交通アクセスがよかった。
− 別府内にほかにも同系列のホテルがあり、名前が似ているため間違えて別のホテルへ行ってしまいました。数字など入れてもらえると間違いが起こりにくいかなと思いました。 ソファにシミがたくさんあり、座るのを控えました。また、テーブルの飾りが折れていたり、壁の何かが破損してたり、ちょこちょこ残念なところが目につきました。

Huge room at good price
9.0One of my biggest room for the trip. We had 3 double beds ample spaces for luggages and a huge tv. WiFi connection was good. Convenient store is just next door and a supermarket just mins away.

4.0駅から近いしお店も沢山あって良かったのと ベットが寝心地良かったです！
− 洗面台とか お皿に水垢残ってたのと お皿も油っぽかったです。 あとキッチンの電気の場所が分かりずらすぎる。 チェックインのやり方もちゃんとかいてたほうがいいかもしれないです。 物がどこにあるとかわからないです。 説明書があるといいと思います！
