8.0La ubicación del hotel es fantástica y las habitaciones son muy cómodas y bien decoradas. Camas cómodas. Buen desayuno. Me alojo a menudo en este hotel en mis viajes a Madrid. Habitación triple perfecta para mi familia de cinco miembros. El personal del hotel es muy atento.
− El hotel no tiene parking y el parking concertado con el hotel está realmente lejos y no reservan las plazas. Siendo una zona tan céntrica en Madrid deberían de buscar alguna solución al respecto. Le falta una zona de bar/cafetería donde poder tomar algo y la zona de los desayunos es realmente pequeña.
