6.0החדר היה נעים , מרווח, היה חסר מדף במקלחת, מקום להניח סכום וכוסות . האוכל היה טעים ומבחר עצום, לפעמים היה קצת קר(האוכל). הצוות בקבלה לא מספיק מיומן, לא עמד בלחץ. כשעשינו צ׳ק אאוט, רצו לחייב אותנו על 32 ₪ עבור קולה שלא קנינו, הסתבר שהיה חיוב מ22-7, אנחנו הגענו ב23.7, לא רצו לשחר אותנו עד שלא יבדקו את העניין. כשכבר כעסתי, אמרתי שזו לא בעיה שלי, לקח זמן עד שהסכימו לעשות צ׳ק אאוט. היה מצב לא נעים
− היו פעמיים ג׳וקים בחדר. הצוות לא מבין עברית ולא אנגלית ואי אפשר היה לתקשר איתם. היו טריקות דלתות של החדרים הסמוכים.

− food was dry, staff indifferent, and no regard to the place's own rules by the guests and staff did not try to ask guests to repect others in the hotel. EG loud music of one person by the pool overiding the hotel's music. Many smokers despites multiple signs about no smoking.

− רמת ניקיון ירודה ביותר לקחנו סוויטה והתאכזבנו מרמת התחזוקה וניקיון קיבלנו בריכה בצבע ירוק מגעיל ממש ביקשתי קרח הביאו לי בשקית ניילון אחרי שעתיים רמת שירות ירודה, פניתי מס פעמים וגם לאחר השהייה שנציג יחזור אליי וכלום
