10.0The hotel itself was beautiful and perfectly situated, but it was the staff that truly made the experience exceptional. Arber (Benny) went above and beyond to assist in any way he could. I needed to plan a commute into the mountains—over an hour and a half away—and he took the time to carefully map out the best route for me. When he later found a better option, he didn’t hesitate to call my room and personally deliver the updated directions. Traveling is always an adventure, but it’s the people you meet who can really shape the experience. Arber made my time in Bolzano all the more memorable. Thank you!

10.0This charming and comfortable hotel is in the center of the old town. There are many restaurants, shops, and attractions within steps of the hotel. We used Bolzano as a base for several days of exploring both the city and the Dolomites. We highly recommend this hotel.

10.0Hotel Figl was in the perfect location of this historically beautiful town. surrounded by amazing shops and bistros, we found it clean, charming and very comfortable! The management was so helpful and friendly!
