10.0Clean and comfortable room. Glad to have a great hot water shower after a long trip from the Equator. Staff super nice. Chefs food service was great! Hospitable! Too bad complimentary sauna and steam room entrance is right by the reception desk

6.0For the price this was great, felt like we drove a long ways to find it, the bed was comfortable, free breakfast was good, airport shuttle and driver took us to the zoo. Staff don’t communicate well but they took good care of us. Pool was clean and we enjoyed the restaurant, too.
