Location and staff cooperation

− The check out policy which is really difficult to manage by guests. There should be room of flexibility even with extra fees or charges Also, i found dead cockroach in the ground level restroom. Early check-up before guest arrival shall be conducted by your staff Finally, there’s one person from your staff came to check the back yard tub without a proper notification which violating our privacy. Your administration team shall alert and give them heads up for such improper action.

Great location and easy access to shopping sightseeing highways and stores

− I I rented three four bedroom Villas for a week. Ask that they be located in close proximity to each other. Call the day before the first person I asked did have them about three to four buildings apart from each other which was great and the date of check in however the lady Maria at the front desk had me spaced apart between buildings one four buildings away from the rest even though I indicated I had elderly people who I needed to keep closer and it was confirmed the day before by the other person. I found this very disappointed and on top of it I checked in 58 minutes to check in time at 4:00 and she still charged me $45 for early check-in. First day in my extra $45 Villa ice maker didn't work garbage disposal was clogged for a few days later still having troubles with the ice makers not working 90 plus degrees in Florida and no access to convenience of ice. The stove in one of my units had no visible signs on them showing how to turn the electric stove top switches there are all rubbed off we didn't know if we're turning left right high or low. Overall the beginning of my experience was very very disappointing and the attitude at the front desk person Maria was on sympathetic cut and dry and nasty. There was absolutely no reason for us to be charged additional $45 for 58 minutes. Especially after the purchase of three Villas. My family and I have used these facilities their sister facility on the other side several times and this is the worst experience I've ever had. Two of the Villas I had had hot tubs one malfunction in the middle of us being into it four of the six Jets worked and we had a hard time shutting it off. The one location of our Villa was way too close to the entrance way and no privacy for the hot tub whatsoever we kept hearing the gate going up and down and beeping all night.
