10.0Excellent Resort. The resort is relative small in terms of number of guests accepted, which means staff can dedicate a lot of time and attention to guests and every need or request has been accommodated in a very friendly and professional manner. In fact, the staff often went the extra mile to make sure we had the best experience possible. The resort is in a very quiet location on top of a hill, with an amazing view of the bay, fantastic service and first class food. It offers a shuttle service to and from Santa Margherita Ligure, which is very convenient given that the street leading to the resort is quite narrow and steep, so it's not ideal to drive back and forth every day. Certainly one of the best resorts I have been to. Highly recommended.
− Nothing I didn't like in the resort itself or in the service. But guests must know that the street to get there is quite narrow and steep and not an easy drive especially for those with big cars. Map apps (google maps or apple maps) do not take you to the place directly as they tell you you have arrived when you are halfway through the narrow road leading to the resort. But it's a small price to pay for a big reward.
