5.0Good breakfast with variety. Close to T1 Tram line for transport
− No water when we checked-in. Could not flush toilet or wash hands. On 1st night returning to room after night food walking tour, room was flooded with water. Had to change to another room which needs some TLC. Hairdryer not working, hooks in bathroom broken, shower head faulty. Did not clean room when requested to do so. Had to arrange own koffie cups for next morning. Had to go another empty hotel room to use hairdryer on our last morning. Busy with renovations in reception.

2.0As duas únicas coisas que eram decentes neste alojamento eram a cama e o chuveiro Confortáveis
− Os três FUNCIONÁRIOS da receção . Nao foram prestáveis em nenhum momento , estive 5 noites alojado e a pedir que vissem a televisão que não funcionava . Todos os dias me diziam que iam resolver e hoje já estou em minha casa e acredito que a televisão continua sem funcionar . A LIMPEZA do quarto era detestável . Coloquei de propósito no segundo dia umas cascas de ovo pequenas no chão meio desapercebidas mas no caminho para ver se limpavam o quarto e todas as noites ao regressar ao quarto lá estavam as cascas de ovo portanto limpeza zero . O cheiro a TABACO era insuportável dentro do quarto cada vez que chegava ao alojamento . Cheguei a questionar se as senhoras de limpeza fumavam enquanto trocavam as toalhas . O isolamento sonoro também não é bom mas aceito que é um edifício velho .

10.0Hotelul este foarte curat, personalul de treabă, mâncarea gustoasă, iar restaurantul este la ultimul etaj ceea ce oferă o priveliște extraordinară asupra Bosforului. De asemenea, hotelul se află intr o zona sigură și apropiată de mijloacele de transport. Astfel, raportat la preț, recomand.

10.0Расположение отеля на крутой улице, но от набережной и остановок общественного транспорта совсем не далеко. Веранда на верхнем этаже с чудесным видом на Босфор.
− Очень шумно ночью если окно выходит на улицу. Шумоизоляция между номерами слабенькая
