Von einem Dormero Hotel hätten wir mehr erwartet. Frühstück, Hausmeister und Frühstücksdame top!

Das Frühstück war fantastisch und die zuständige Mitarbeiterin dort wirklich sehr sehr freundlich und um unser Wohlergehen bemüht!

− Zur Ausstattung der Zimmer: Den Türgriff zum Badezimmer und den Griff zum öffnen des Fensters hatten wir sofort in der Hand. Die Fliesen im Bad waren überall gerissen, an den Wänden und dem Boden. Die Duschkabine nebst -wanne waren sehr alt mit extremen Gebrauchsspuren. Die Sauberkeit in den Ecken ließ zu wünschen übrig.

Das späte einchecken war überhaupt kein Problem, super netter Empfang. Freie Getränke im Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer.

− Das Zimmer zur Straße war ein wenig laut.

Freundlicher unaufdringlicher Empfang. Das Zimmer war großzügig und sehr sauber.

− Wir waren mit unserem recht langen Fahrzeug in der Tiefgarage ein bisschen gefordert. Also besser mit kleineren Fahrzeugen Parkplatz buchen. Sollte man vorher wissen.

Frühstück & die relativ Licht gefluteten hellen Zimmer.

− Die vergammelten Siliconfugen im Bad, die Duschtrennung, die teils schmierigen Gardienen / Vorhänge. Für diese Art von Hotel schon in diesem Preissegment schon gravierende Mängel! Bei IBIS, B & B usw hätte ich das vermutlich nicht so kritisch beäugt aber ein Hotel mit diesem Ambitionen und die Ansprüche darf nicht so nachlässig sein.
