I do not recommend this place
2.0This was a disappointment. The hotel is adminstered by the Sultan Regency but not in the same building, so it was hard to find in the first place and then the Sultan Regency staff were busy and seemed hardly to know the other place existed. The guy who let us into the room was kind of embarassed by the place and he should have been. The outer door was not secure, the toilet seat was broken, the WIFI didn't work and so on. It was definitely not worth what we paid and I don't recommend it.
− The lack of clear directions with the registration, the lack of a secure door to the street, the broken toilet seat, the non-functioning WIFI, and the lack of anyone from the hotel staff in the building where we are (about a city block from the Sultan Regency). It's like an unloved stepchild of the Sultan Regency. I will say, however, that the bed was good with a firm mattress and the breakast - which was at the Sultan Regency was plentiful and varied and good.

9.0Çalışan personel yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü. Otelin konumu iyiydi, temizdi, kahvaltısı gayet dolu dolu ve lezzetliydi. Oda genişti.
− Giriş kapısı resepsiyondan ayrı ana yola bakan yalnız bir kapıdan oluşuyor, bu biraz kafa karışıklığı oluşturuyor. Sıcak su geç geliyor, banyoda su geç ısınıyor.
