I would stay there again. Nice people!! They were very busy with concert and car show going on at the same time

4.0The location.
− 2 days of a big concert and the hotel was understaffed. They had a new girl there who was having trouble trying to get everyone checked in. They called somebody in and that person had a total attitude. Accused me of having one after standing there for over 40 minutes waiting to get my key cards even though I had already done a pre-check in. Apparently that wasn't good enough. The worst part of it is, my room that I had reserved back on February the 4th, wasn't available and they called me the day before to offer me another room but it was going to cost me $10 more! That was petty! They won't have to worry since we won't be staying at this hotel ever again.
