Excellent stay in Patong – peaceful, clean and great service with sea views

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Phuket Resort in Patong Beach and were very happy with the overall experience. The location is excellent – close to the beach and the main services in Patong, yet the hotel itself is in a peaceful area without the typical nightlife noise. This made it easy to enjoy both the lively atmosphere of Patong and relaxing moments at the hotel. Our room had a fantastic sea view and we were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets over the ocean, which made the stay even more memorable. One of the highlights was the extremely friendly and helpful staff. Everyone we met was welcoming and attentive, which made our stay feel very comfortable. The hotel was also very clean and well maintained. The buildings are not brand new, but they are definitely not in poor condition either and everything felt properly maintained and taken care of. We especially appreciated the breakfast, which offered a good variety and a great way to start the day. Another positive detail was that smoking was not allowed everywhere, which helped keep the environment pleasant for all guests. A very convenient service was the transportation between the hotel and the shopping mall area. The shuttle runs both from the bottom of the hill up to the hotel and back down again, which made moving around very easy and convenient. If there is one small improvement point, the sound insulation in the rooms could be a bit better. However, this did not significantly affect our stay. We would definitely stay here again. As a suggestion, it could also be nice if the hotel occasionally organized some local cultural program or entertainment for guests, for example once a week. Overall, Novotel Phuket Resort is a great place to stay in Patong Beach and we would happily return.

Poor quality service!

Service is very poor for the price charged. We had to wait until 11:30 PM for our son’s bed to be prepared, and housekeeping didn’t clean the room until 5 PM, which is far from acceptable. If a hotel wants to charge 4-star rates, it should also provide 4-star service. Unfortunately, this was not our experience. Sadly, I would not recommend this hotel, and we will not be returning with our family.

Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff Den was especially friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Resort 🌿✨ The open spaces are absolutely beautiful and perfect for families — our kids loved running around and enjoying the fresh, relaxing environment. The views are stunning and truly add to the whole experience. A special mention to the Kids World team — especially few,run,Opal and Cream — who were incredibly warm, caring, and friendly with the children. Their kindness made a big difference, and the kids felt so comfortable and happy. Overall, a very kids-friendly hotel with a welcoming atmosphere. Our little ones had an amazing time, and so did we ❤️ Highly recommended for families!
