− The hotel front door can not be closed (lock not functioning properly). The staff is not very good in communication, can be a problem if arriving at night or need some attention.

− The 200 step up stairs and The narrowness of the stairs, the lack of lighting, and the poorly functioning air conditioning.

10.0Posizione letteralmente perfetta, abbiamo girato un pò tutte le cinque terre e monterosso ci è sembrata la migliore, quindi hotel in posizione perfetta nella cittadina perfetta. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il terrazzino su, dopo le due camere di cui è dotata la struttura con qualche scalino in più si arriva ad una zona comune con tavolo, macchina da caffè, dispenser di acqua frizz/nat apprezzatissima, e ben 2 terrazzini separati e attrezzati!
− Nulla in particolare, sicuramente scomodi i circa 30 gradini ripidi per accedervi ma penso sia caratteristico della zona.
