6.0We must have been assigned a handicapped room. No tables to put suitcases on, only mirror for make up application was over a tiny single sink in bathroom and we are three women. No empty shelves in the bathroom to put any necessary hair or body products. Very cramped.

10.0Out first time there. A beautifully themed and comfortable moderate hotel. Daily breakfast quick service was fresh and easy before our park days. We would definitely stay again.

8.0It was a wonderful trip to Disney. The stay at the hotel was amazing. The only issue we had is that only my name was at the front desk and they would not add the rest of the family members because we booked through Expedia and not directly from the Disney website. The front desk agent / manager was not helpful at all!
