This was my favorite overnight of our trip. We got there in the rain, and upon arrival to the property, wandered out to the balcony, and we were greeted by a double rainbow. Then the clouds parted and revealed the mountain...stunning! The place is built like a Swiss watch (understandable), perfection to this architect's soul. Getting the keys was a breeze (lockbox, instructions were clear), bed was comfy and spacious, the place is immaculate, and that balcony...

− Get your shin-splints in order, the walk from the train station is pretty steep. And this is one of those "you get what you pay for" situations, it was not a cheap option - though I suppose you have to expect that in Switzerland. Also, and this is not a ding, just a fair warning: the view of the water is very minimal, don't book expecting a lake view if that's important to you.

这是我们在整个瑞士之旅中最满意的住宿，堪称完美。房子离湖边和城堡步行只要5-10分钟。房子带电梯，对于大件行李非常友好，装修无可挑剔，整个房子干净整洁，区域设计恰当，拥有生活所需的所有用品。还有一个能看到草地和雪山景色的大阳台，在凉爽的晚风中吃饭简直是一件享受。晚上周边区域都很安静，适合住个几天，在湖边静静发呆，非常治愈。也适合从施皮茨出发前往周边小镇游玩，非常方便。

− 房子离火车站有大概800米距离，从火车站出发一路下坡无压力，但带着大件行李回到火车站可能是一项挑战，但为了住宿体验，我觉得这是可以接受的。

Sie ist sehr schön und komfortabel. Die Betten sind auch sehr bequem und die Garage ist auch super, sogar für ein sehr grosses Auto.

− Swisscomgerät funtionierte nicht, da die Batterien leer waren.

Amazing property, beautiful, modern, clean and wonderful new amenities. The host was so accomodating and lovely in helping sort out a booking mistake I made. Could not have been more lovely personally coming to the property on a holiday. Highly recommend. Added bonus that there is underground parking and an elevator to easily transport luggage. Would not stay anywhere else
