− Everything was bad, not clean, internet bad, towels are so bad they are dirty with bad smell. They didn’t provide me with slippers , and when I asked them for it , they said ok and never provided it. The customer service and care was very bad , there’s no to contact, I had an argument with the owner and said that I will file a complaint she told me do whatever you want , her name is Maria
Overall very good, but no towels and bed sheets stained
