房間大，可以24小時checkin，但房間有大曱甴
6.0凌晨1:30到酒店，好快已經做完checkin手續，房間幾大，環境唔錯，但毛巾好舊，訓醒見到有隻大曱甴係入廁所位半死不生，已經好驚，打電話落酒店cs，好快有職員上黎幫我夾走隻大曱甴，不過一有曱甴係酒店房已經係唔合格。8am幾左右，旁邊幢大樓裝修鑽地拆牆，總之好嘈，如果酒店通知我，一定會另揀酒店，唔去住

10.0Right in the heart of Penang, within walking distance to all the attractions, lots of eateries everywhere, hospitals nearby. Just the perfect hotel to stay in Penang.
Terrible experience
2.0The room smells, and bed frames has bending noises. First day towels was normal, 2nd day towels was terrible condition and smells. In room no hand washing and hair dryer provided. TV channel was limited. Not recommended.

6.0Hotel location is good, and room comfortable. But the hotel has zero atmosphere it feels like it's just surviving and that's it

6.0Poor WiFi connection. I needed to sign in repeatedly. Very basic provision. Hand soap, comb, hair dryer etc were only provided upon request.
