− Qu'il n'y ait personne à la réception. J'ai attendu près de deux heures que quelqu'un arrive. Les plages horaires pour les check in et out sont indiquées sur une affiche. En dehors de ces horaires une pénalité de 30%est appliquée..

They booked our bus tickets!!
8.0The communication before the stay was excellent!!! They booked our bus tickets to Laos for us which is the main reason we stayed there. They could also arrange money exchange but it was Tet so that didn’t work for us. The fact that she booked our bus tickets was brilliant!!! We got what we asked for if we ran out- ie toilet paper and towels and a working kettle.
− It was Tet so no staff so will not comment on this as that would not be fair.
