4.0− Smelled like smoke, carpet was stained, it wasn't clean. Paid $145 and I felt like I was at a super 8 or motel 6. You have to ask for shampoo/soap. I asked for extra pillows, they didn't have any.
Great hotel for extended stays!
10.0I have had a great experience staying at this hotel. It is very near to lots of shopping and close to the highways, making traveling to other areas quick and convenient. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. What really stands out to me is the staff. They are kind, helpful, and quick to resolve any problems. Sherryl, Rebecca and Edna do a great job managing everything and it shows up in the customer experience. Pets are welcome too! A good choice for anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the northwest suburbs.
