Stay ok, miss connection between booking.com and hotel has caused nothing but grief. Unacceptable.
8.0− HORRIBLE. Apparently reservation from booking.com did not reach Marriott, but they found me a room. I have now been charged 3 times for the single night stay. Absolutely HORRIBLE. Have talked w/asst manager Dakota twice now to resolve. On July 10th he said he had located problem, my 6/6 reservation had shown up as 6/7. He would fix, but then my credit card was charged the THIRD time for the room. Yesterday (7/21) Dakota said he would correct and get back to me. No word, no credit, nothing. I am disgusted with this whole mess.

6.0Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
− I was there over a weekend and had to request house cleaning to clean the room. And the floor wasn’t vacuumed even after having housecleaning come in when there was still visible mud on the floor because it had rained that day.
