The whole experience was excellent, from the rooms, breakfast, and the pool. With a short walk to The Bear Pub, the food was very good too. Not to far from Christchurch, Mudeford, with super beaches.

− I wish l booked bit longer. I didn't take photos of the pool area, as to other guests using, , it was a nice extra, as to the wonderful weather we're having.

Het ontbijt was heerlijk en het personeel was enorm vriendelijk. Het zwembad was heel fijn, en het lag in een prachtige tuin. Het Olive House was een leuk huisje met fijne bedden en een leuke zithoek.

− De accommodatie was niet echt schoon. Onder de nachtkastjes lagen etensresten van eerdere gasten, op het beddengoed zaten vlekken, de vloer van de badkamer was vuil. Het was allemaal wat verouderd. Het huisje zelf is erg leuk, maar het is jammer dat het niet goed schoon is gehouden. De prijs-kwaliteit was daardoor wat scheef.

The breakfast was very good and staff were very friendly

− The outside furniture and BBQ was absolutely filthy so unable to use. The main house needs some attention, light shades broken and dirty. Bath and sink taps badly discoloured. Landing window covered in cobwebs outside. Whole place needs some TLC

Great little find, relaxing, heated pool, good breakfast, friendly staff. Would definitely go again.

This find was a little gem. The house, gardens, pool, grounds were excellent. Staff very friendly. The accommodation inside the pavilion was nicely laid out and a good space. Close to local pubs, walking distance and short drive to nearby beaches and shops.

− In some areas, it could do with a little up-dating. Outside our pavilion, wood paint work / fence outside could do with a facelift. Some of the garden cushions, replaced or cleaned.

− I just think the garden Furniture cushions could be cleaned and the lounges by the pool could have been scrubbed as well just to make it feel a bit cleaner. Lots of flies about so perhaps a fly catcher outside the cabins would help .

Great room size, lovely bathroom, good breakfast. Helpful friendly staff

− Outside space very run down. Rusty and dirty furniture. Room looked ok but needed a more thorough clean. Found tablet on floor and cobwebs in bathroom. On first day the swimming pool was disgusting and covered with dead flys. I cleaned most of them out myself so I could use the pool. This should be done regularly as is an outdoor pool. The second day was much better. Looked like they cleaned it, but all the flys I had removed from previous day were still lying on the side where I had left them! Pool chairs were disgusting.
