8.0Très pratique pour se rendre à Disneyland. Navette disponible et petit déjeuner offert. La piscine est agréable.

7.0The location and the room, even though is old and outdated
− The staff, everybody seemed to be unhappily working at the hotel, or thinking that are making the guest a favor when needed. From the very not friendly front desk person checking you in, to the housekeeping lady that complained seeing the little kid jumping on the bed, to the shuttle driver taking you to the parks, everybody looked annoyed to be there. It would be a very much better experience if the hotel staff had a better attitude towards the guests.

− We booked the family sweet with the princess bunk bed. We were there for five minutes before finding a trail ants crawling all over my daughter’s bunk bed, and bug stains under the sheets. The hotel’s solution was to spray pesticides on to the bed while we were in the room and left without changing the sheets. The hotel manager offered a refund, but it took him over two weeks to respond to an email from booking just to process the refund. We will never use booking or stay at a Days Inn again.
I chose this hotel because of the location and shuttle service, but the hotel room was disappointing
2.0Shuttle drivers were nice and on time
− Overall it wasn't clean. The sheets were very old (you can almost see through them), the bathroom had mold, the air conditioner smelled like mold. The carpet had big dark spots, and...there was a cockroach on the desk! I had to throw all of my snacks away because I feared it may have gone inside of them! Sadly it was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. My sister got another room and her was not much better! Sadly I will not be staying at this hotel again.
