Fantastic hotel. Impressive decor.
8.0Location of hotel was perfect. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean to a very high standard. It had a fantastic feel about it and I would definitely go back.
− Unfortunately the hotel bar was closed and we were hoping to have pre-theatre cocktails in there which was a real shame. Also, I think that the complimentary items in the room could have been a bit more in line with the price point. One small bottle of still water for two people to share (neither of us drink sparkling), and a packet of crisps/popcorn to share...a packet each would have been nice.

5.0Amazing location, very convenient for exploring London and getting around.
− Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing. It was very noisy at night, the sink was blocked, there was no coffee provided, and the TV didn’t work. The staff also weren’t particularly friendly or welcoming.
We will stay at The Clermont Victoria again and make suggestions as one of the preferred bookings to our travel agent an
