Good value. No smells. Excellent and courteous staff
7.0Decent breakfast. Clean, non smoking, no pet room had no smell.
− Door frame looked like it had been kicked in and never fixed properly. Just sort of slightly glued together. Missing chunks.

Although the stay was decent, the building in is serious need of renovation.

− The building structure is in a poor state of repair. Plumbing fixtures badly worn, electrical fixtures are severely worn and pose a hazard to guests. Entry door worn and secondary locking system did not function.

I will stay there again after all I guess I can afford to lose a little pounds
7.0I stay there all the time when I come to rock Springs. I like the staff rooms are OK just a little aged, but for what you pay for it is a great deal.
− The only thing I did not like about this last trip is there’s no meat at the breakfast. You had eggs and biscuits and gravy. In previous stays, I had eggs, bacon biscuits and gravy and hashbrowns.
Incredible staff front office staff. Morning cook is attentive and considerate.
10.0Walk to food and store. The staff makes you feel at home. I am returning because of the compassion shown during my first stay. I am bring thank you gifts to front office staff. I had just lost my husband. They hugged me. Cried with me and prayed with me.
− As a conservationist the water waste with broken irrigation was upsetting. There maintenance is below par.
