We paid $200 for a bed, A/c and running water. Poor maintenance, and I request full refund please.
3.0Location and it was clean and A/C unit worked properly.
− The elevator was out of order. We were on the 3rd floor. Not a good situation for anyone. The TV wouldn’t work for Live TV (only could get paid channels like Netflix). Called for staff to help. They never came. The shower shelf was completely torn off the wall upon arrival, and we had to set personal shower items in the shower floor.
My room was extremely dirty. I was totally uncomfortable.
