2.0There were ticks in my bed and I was bitten. I now have to pay to go to the doctor for antibiotics in case I get lyme disease. The hotel staff came to my room and took pictures and confirmed it was ticks and said it was most likely from someone before me with a pet. I want a full refund for the room and for them to pay my doctors bill!

10.0It was a great short trip, the front desk was super nice, room was ready, cooled down and somewhat clean. The bathroom needs some updating cleaning of the rusted areas around the bottom of the tub. Loved the shower, hair and conditioner in the shower soap. Breakfast was very good and clean.
