Beautiful apartment in prime location

The property was in an excellent location overlooking the Port/Marina and Split Old Town. Stunning view from the apartment balcony. The property was in excellent condition. Lounge area was well equipped and air conditioned. Excellent WiFi. Kitchen area was well equipped (missed scissors) and washing machine was a bonus. Bedroom was lovely with lots of hanging space. The room stayed cool as long as door was left open. We slept really well on the comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom with tonnes of hot water (spray on shower was not very powerful)! Enjoyed breakfast on the balcony in the mornings. Apartment was very quiet despite being right next to the Port, Bus Station and Train Station. In the photos you can see train tracks but the trains do not got past the apartment. Easy stroll to the Port, Bus Station, Train Station and the Old Town. Bacvic sandy beach is an easy stroll. Excellent communication with owner. The property is accessed up 2 flights of stairs (41 steps) and no lift. We were aware of that and it wasn’t an issue. The apartment felt very safe. There is a keypad entry at the front of the building and two keypad entries to get into the apartment (all have different codes)! The keypads are easy to use. Photo. Evening view from the balcony.

− We had no concerns. It would be nice to have some simple instructions for working equipment in the apartment. Disappointed that the safety deposit box was not working. However, as previously stated, we felt very safe in the apartment.

The location of the appartment is very close to the old town and to the city beach. The entrance was straightforward, and the appartment is renovated and clean. Check In was straighforward and appartment is easy to locate.

− The entrance street to the building is very narrow and the parking in front is very tiny and i was lucky enough to get a parking right in front. But it may not be the same for others. We booked for 5 people and the sofa bed was not ready for us on arrival, as one would expect. The appartment is small but for one night stay it is OK. There was no coffee maker.

Unprofessional host and service ruined the holiday mood , not recommend at all

Location

− Appartment was not ready during check in , we had to wait for 45 min on door in hot summer. Appartment has only one AC and no fan in bed room making it very difficult while we close the bedroom door , you must always open it while sleeping. Washing machine is broken , although it’s mentioned as facility , no information given before, cleaning lady just said sorry. Basic kitchen utensils like chopping board is not there , dirty unusable utensils given Unresponsive unprofessional host

Location was steps to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the ferry and bus terminal. Loved the proximity to restaurants, cafes, Old Town. Loved having accessibility to laundry. Excellent communication with the host! Check in instructions was straight forward. Apartment clean and welcoming! Nice view of the port. Overall, great stay!

− A little busier than usual the weekend we chose to visit. There was a 3 day music festival with lots of young people attending.

As instalações são exatamente como nas fotos. A localização é muito boa, em especial para quem quer ir até o Porto, que era o nosso caso. A comunicação com a host foi ótima.
