− Hluk z přilehlé terasy dlouho do noci.
Velká spokojenost a základ příjemného pobytu v Litomyšli.
9.0Výborná komunikace s paní majitelkou, která je velmi sympatická. Skvělá lokalita v centru města. Klidný a velmi příjemný byt. Plně vybavený byt včetně veškerého kuchyňského vybavení, ledničky a kávovaru.
− Nic, vše bylo v pořádku. Snad jenom delší dobu trvá, než začne ve sprše téct teplá voda.

7.0Snadné předání klíčů osobní, při odjezdu jednoduché odevzdání klíčů do schránky. Při příjezdu bylo venku chladno, paní ubytovatelka byla milá a nastavila vyšší teplotu na topení, za to děkuji.
− schody k ložnicím, jsou to "mlynářské schody" a pro normální provoz docela nebezpečné, nedoporučuji osobám starším a pohybově pomalejším nebo dětem. Teplá voda se špatně nastavuje, ve vaně tekla jen studená voda i z kohoutku teplé vody. Paní majitelka poradila abychom si nastavili kotel, ale to vhodné, protože manipulace s kotlem bez znalosti ovládání není bezpečná.
